Talking My first (short) lucid dream + sleep paralysis?

      Hello dreamers,

Last night I had my first lucid dream
It started as a mild nightmare (I never have nightmares):

I was just chilling in the forrest when suddenly a black panther stood next to me,
I panicked and was thinking about what to do.
At that moment i realised that this could not be true so my dream became lucid. I used my hands to blow the panther away (like "the force").
The panther got blown away but after a few meters my whole dream freezed so i was pissed that my lucid dream was over...
At that moment everything became black and I felt my body again but I couldnt move my arms and legs. I was spooked out because I could wake up by moving my body, after a few seconds I opened my eyes and I woke up.

Its weird that I realised that this dream was a dream because normally my dreams a lot stranger but it al seems normal when dreaming.
Maybe I realised it because I panicked.
And is that sleep paralysis normal after a lucid dream?

      Thanks in advance,

      Flexin'

SP after a lucid dream really isn't common, but it does happen. I also don't believe this was the full sleep paralysis experience, especially if your eyes were still closed. However, you were probably aware of your body and the fact that it could not move, so it does count as SP, I believe.
Next time your dream "ends" like that see what you can do with it. If the dream is frozen who cares? You can still move around and mess with things. You can make the dream restart also. If you're in a black void explore it, or make something.

Congratulations on your first LD btw I guess the reason why you realized that you were dreaming this time and not any other time was because maybe it was much more vivid than the other ones?
