What are your experiences with this?
I have had few moments of meditation before my lucidity and dream crashed. Those were one of the most beautiful moments ever. I feel that lucid dreaming can take meditation to an unimaginably high level since the body is at sleep.:alien:
I could feel my mind expanding in multiple dimensions and experience expansion and peace.
I have been intending to meditate in a lucid dream for a very long time. But I never do it.... I GOT SHIT TO DO!
But a couple of nights ago I think my dream almost tried to force me to slow down. I didn't catch on till I woke up though.
What happened: I became lucid in my bed but I couldn't get up. Something was physically forcing me back down whenever I tried. I Tried all sorts of ways of breaking loose but If I got to my feet, my vision kinda merged back together with the viewpoint from the bed and I was swung back like by a rubber band. I I never slowed down and got lucid enough to deal with it properly. Not the scaredy type so it was just annoying really. I ended up setting my body on fire so the thing would have to let go, but it woke me up.
Anybody have thoughts on this kind of dream?
Sorry I just realized this isn't really as related to OP's post as I thought... But I've allready wrote it.... feel free to ignore me.
I meditated a couple of times inside a dream. Sometimes the dream became so real afterwards that I lost lucidity.
I also lost lucidity but for a different reason. I would have a crazy overload of visuals, energy like streams and sensation too profound to hold on to.Quote:
