Thread: Lucid dream about cleaning my room

I had only practiced reality checks a few times. The reality checks I do are count my fingers and try to push my thumb through my palm. One night I had a very chaotic dream where the people around me where flapping their arms and rushing around. I said to someone next to me it must have been my Step Dad or Dad that this had to be a dream. They disregarded it and said it's not. I said "Yeah I think this is." I counted my fingers and that didn't make me conscious but when I pushed my thumb through my palm it bubbled out the other side. I got really excited and said out loud "This is a dream!" I knew I could do whatever I want now and it felt so freeing. I began to run up some stairs and start packing things away and cleaning a whole lot. Not sure why this is what I did with my dream. Another part of it may not be connected but there was a girl sitting in front of me and I wanted to give her a hug. I put my foot close to hers to see if she would move it and she moved it. Then, I leaned in close and put my arm around her. The end
