:mrgreen: ha i;m soo happy. I've been getting into the habbit of doing reality checks when ever i wake up into night and the other day (by the other day i mean like a month ago) i woke up and looked around. Seeing it was still nighttime i held my nose and breathed in and i could breath!!! i almost woke up i was so excited. My whole body felt like it was asleep..well duh i was asleep but i mean like when your hand is asleep tingly feeling. I decided to test again if it was a dream so i tryed to fly and i sort of levitated, it was really hard!! Then i tried to fly through the wall but i only got half way through and got stuck :( and woke up.
oh well it made me soo excited. ,but i've been having trouble having lucid dreams not :( i've only had 2 now.

:D great job! keep up the good work and remeber, to gain control and try to fly for example, you must belive that it is possible. BELIEVE you can fly and you will :fro:

Here's a trick that works with flying. Pretend there is a rocket on your feet, or something else to propel you. Some people have a hard time moving or going fast if they try to do it Superman style.
I've gotten stuck in walls and mirrors before. It's weird.
