Dream about Lucid dreaming, or lucidity ?

Today, when dreaming, I saw some girl sitting on a chair, and instantly thought "I am dreaming", then, my dream faded to black and I saw the same scene, thought the same thing, except this time I was like "I must calm down, I got to calm down", dream faded to black, and I woke up.

I am wondering if I got too excited and woke up (because the environement didn't feel like real-life, just like a dream) or if I dreamed that I realised I was dreaming (I know, it sounds like a dumb idea).

Anybody had similar experiences ?

You're the only person who can answer that definately, because you were there.
To me, though, it sounds like a lucid dream.

Update!

Same situation happened today, except I may have had a full LD. This time I did a reality check of breathing thru my nose. The environement were looking just like real-life, but I didn't feel like if it was real-life. My sense weren't full aware, except when I totally used them (LIke feeling something, a wall, or stuff)

I'm still not sure if it was me having control, or if I was just normally dreaming.
