Falling asleep...
OMG Anyone fall asleep and REALIZE and FEEL what it's like falling asleep?! I did last night and it was scary!!!!!!! OK so I was lying in bed and I hope everyoe knows this, but when you fall asleep and start dreaming you get a tingly feeling everywhere. Well I'm lying with my eyes closed and I feel the sensations start at my feet ad move up. Earlier I heard of a lucid dreaming technique and was very excited to be almost dreaming. Well the sensations got up to my head and all of the sudden all sound STOPPED! My ears were throbbing. It was very very windy outside and loud, all of the sudden it was gone. I then saw my dream forming and all the shapes form shape by shape color by color and heard the sounds. I was in my basement and Oliver and Company was on the TV. :?: Anywho. So I was like omg that was so freaky! Remembering the falling asleep part and I'm like OK I have to wake up and write this down! So I woke up. SO FREAKY! Anyone else see falling asleep like that?

Hey I experienced that for the first time last week too. It started with like my foot feeling like it was being tugged and this noise that sounds like static from a electroninc microphone. I dont think i went as far as you because i did not see my dream forming but i was so excited i woke up and worte it down. I kinda wish I hadnt woken myself though. I hope it happens again so I can experience a full WILD experience.

Me too!
I Never had a full WILD' counter stands on 3 (which occured all three in the second night after joining this forum ). I will never forget how amazing it was. During the first session that night, I was scared and excited at the same time; my heartrate skyrocketed! Next nighttime task: get past the tingling/vibrating sensation and start to dream. (or just tingle some more... it was the most fun I had in a long time)
It was that night that made me lose every last tiny bit of skepticism I had about lucidity :D
