Thread: First Lucid Dream in 20 Years

As a child I stopped many nightmares by becoming lucid and taking on my aggressor.

After recently finding this site and using its techniques I had a lucid dream within a week. Here's how it went: I was in school and the teacher was asking the girls in the class what kind of man they would want marry, when the third girl said my name I realized I was dreaming. I became very excited and nearly woke up, but I remembered to stay focused on the dream and stay calm. I got up and walked out of the class room and was suddenly with my bowling league, a fight broke out and I stepped in and fearlessly took out several men. I then walked down a corridor and saw pay phones I picked one up to see if it would work (remembering this site said it common for electronics not to work while dreaming) it was dead. A beautiful women then walked through glass doors toward me, I embraced her and began kissing her, I got way to excited and awoke .

It has been a week since this dream and I have been trying every night to do it again to no avail, but my dream recall has been excellent. I am remembering 2 to 3 dreams per night.

I can't wait to do it again, it is like having super powers!
