And welcome to the Forum, BTW!
Well, a lot of things about lucid dreaming changes, but the definition of an LD stays the same. It's simply a dream where you realize that you are dreaming. Other terms come into play when you start talking about control or levels of lucidity and that's where people's opinions vary.
And by the way, Нам счастливо, что вы пришёл. (I hope that shows up for you)

having the awareness that you are dreaming. -having the awareness that you are fully within REM sleep, your physical body is in bed (or a ditch :P ), everything around you is a creation of your mind, your physical body cannot die or be injured as a result of any actions while in your dream, etc etc.
hope this answers your question.
oh, and welcome to the forum!

still misinterpreting or cannot reach the definition coz i spin it from a lil different perspective, coz im tryna solve one important issue
Are you awake right now? How do you know? Most likely your environment is stable, would be an answer. Meaning if you see, hear or feel an object it most likely will not change. If you are dreaming there is a good chance it will change especially if you look away and look back. If it does and you are aware it’s a dream then you are awake to the truth of what’s happening. Lucid (aware) in a Dream.Quote:

If I may, surely everyone knows when they are dreaming? Even if they're not thinking "this is a dream", but just letting themselves be carried along, aren't they still aware it's a dream?Quote:

The only dreams I experience doubt over whether they are real or not are always very scary to me, because even though it's right at the back of my mind, I still have that feeling of, "this isn't real! Something's wrong!"
Dreaming while knowing that you're dreaming.
Well, your flag indicates that you're from Russia. If that is true, are you having trouble with the language describing lucid dreaming or is it something else?Quote:

Если вы не понимаете, я говорю немножко по-русски. Я люблю пмогать людей и я люблю ли (?) помогать вам.

i am confident if you asked a thousand people, over 990 would say you have an unusual ability to recognize the dream state...the vast majority of people have no clue they are dreaming until they wake up.Quote:

Agreed--I'm one of those over 990 people. ;)Quote:

Of course it may be I just have very poorly constructed dreams! There's an element of reality, but there's always time shifts or a feeling of weightlessness that makes me think "dream", or even, "shoddy workmanship".
If you're right, then I suppose what I'm doing is a reality check without realising it. Well, people have always said I was an overly critical perfectionist. Obviously this applies to dreams as well!
I'm thinking there's a spectrum of lucidty and it's hard to define where on that spectrum dream-awareness becomes significant. I suspect those 990 people do have a degree of lucidity, albeit a small degree, which maybe when coupled with poor recall would seem like no lucidity.
I don't have trouble with the language coz I know it better than Russian. I'm experiencing difficulties with trying to establish why sometimes pepole swap languages in they sleep.Quote:

Ну, что же, спасибо огромное за помощь. Не откажусь. Как говорят: одна голова - хорошо, а 2 лучш.
I don't know about others, but for me, I have been recording between 3 to 6 dreams a morning most days, but still with most of my dreams I definitely don't know I'm dreaming until I wake up. I may see or do very odd things, but not realize how nonsensical it is until the dream is over. Occasionally, I'll have lucid dreams, though, and in a lot of those I somehow already "know" it's a dream from the very beginning without seeing something odd happening first.Quote:

There have been occasions where I've had vague realizations that something doesn't seem right or been surprised that something didn't happen as expected in a dream, but not usually. These often don't result in my consciously realizing I'm dreaming--after all, things can be unexpected or not "seem right" in real life sometimes, too.
