Nobody is going to believe this!

Before last night, I had only had two lucid dreams before. One was in 1997, the other was the night before last. I just had to share them!

Nobody is going to believe this. I wouldn't if I were reading it. I had 4 Lucid dreams last night. It wore me out! I was actually wishing for them to stop. I am exhausted today. Once they got started, I couldn't stop them. But at first I somehow remembered to do everything I was supposed to do. I just can't believe it. I read a lot of information yesterday. People were talking about flying, reality testing, having sex, looking in and trying to go through mirrors...well, I tried them all in 4 different dreams last night. Two of the dreams were very sexual in nature, but involved only myself. It was like it was really happening and I kind of just went along with the dreams instead of trying to manipulate and change them. I wont go into detail of the sexual dreams because they are private in nature, but I can tell you this, you can have an orgasm in your dreams, and NOT have one in real life. The first time this happened was in the first dream. This dream began with me getting out of bed and walking into my halway. My house was laid out totally different, so I was immediately tipped of that I was dreaming. I still needed a reality check so as I passed my washing machine, I noticed it was filling up...with green water...so I looked away and looked back and it was then agitating with white foaming water, somewhat normal. I knew then and there I was dreaming. And I somehow remained calm. I decided to try my first stunt...which was to turn a backflip in my kitchen. I did although I landed on the side of my head...but it didn't hurt It was like I was still afraid to try it, that's why I didn't go all the way over. Then to the sexual part...I'll skip over it but I will say in involved only myself...and I had an orgasm in the dream, but not in my bed. I was just experimenting will all the ideas I read in the forums yesterday. Once I had the orgasm in my dream, I woke up, breathing very hard and sweating as if I had actually just performed the impossible (at least for me) task. I got up and had a glass of warm milk, excited to go back to sleep, but didn't really expect to have another dream. Since I had just had one the night before, I really wasn't even expecting to have this one I just described, let alone another. Well, sure enough, I had another dream...It must have been within 60-90 minutes of going back to sleep. This time I didn't need a reality test. I just knew I was dreaming. My dreams were so bizarre last night and so vivid that I knew immediately I am dreaming. I was also fully aware that this was the 2nd dream of the night and that I was experiencing something very rare. Therefore, I went ahead with my experiements. I decided to try to fly. It was amazing. It was scary as I am very afraid of hieghts. I couldn't believe how real it was. I was getting scared and the I felt the dream start to fade away. I immediately remember the "spinning" technique I read yesterday and tried it, it worked....the dream came back into focus and I continued on...flying for a bit before finally getting so scared of being so high up that I finally woke up. I laid in bed for a few minutes and this is when I noticed the fear I was having. I live alone, and I was scared of being at home alone, and that is bizarre for me. Has anyone else experienced this fear? This is where I really wanted to go back to sleep and dream normally. I really didn't want anymore dreams last night. But I had two more. I know you guys are not believeing this, but I think it has something to do with the medication I am taking for my allergies. I am on Atarax. I am going to combine the next two dreams since I cannot remember where one stopped and the other stopped as I never even woke up between them...one just faded away and the other started. I will just highlight them here. I was dreaming of my father who is dead...so again, I was immediately tipped off that I was dreaming again, a bunch of wierd stuff happened and I kept forgetting it was just a dream and I would snap back into it...sometimes I would do the spinning exersises....at some point the dream stopped being about my father and I decided I would try another sexual exersise...because the dreams were getting kinda of scary so since I had so much fun with first one, I decided maybe it would help change the mood of my dreams from scary to fun...it worked...although I did get bored with that since I was alone again...I then was walking through a house I did not recognize and walked past a mirror...This was my final exercise I wanted to try. I looked into the morror...and I looked like a freaked out whitney houston. I am a white man, so you can immagine how unsetteling this was. My skin kept changing colors to from like purplish black to greenish black. I decided to do a reality test here...since it was so unsettling, I looked away then I looked back and I saw myself, for a split second, then the image began to melt away! Like it was being eaten by acid....very freaky! Then I remember someone saying to try to go through it and see what happens...so I did...the mirror simply stretched around me like it was made of some kind of metalic rubber. WEIRD! Okay, my hand is getting tiered of typing now. I just had to share this. I hope someone out there believes me. I can't tell any of my friends about it, they'll think I'm nuts.

Paperdoll...nah...this was my 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th. Have you had a night like this? I personally feel it was too much. I woke up tiered this morning. Like I really didn't sleep at all. Oh and I have been trying since 1997. But I gave up for a while until the night before last when I had a LD out of the blue.

I believe you and i know exactly what you went through. I have had intense nights where from the minute my head hits the pillow and until morning. I feel like ive been on a mission all night.

The four different dreams you had are all very important. To me it means that you have found out how to open up and be aware of yourself some use the word chakras wich is more deep to explain but there are 7 of them all.
Humans have to channel all 7 types of energies or you may get sick and be stressed out or even just an angry person like you see driving around town. sexual energies through sex or masturbation or dreams or even meditation. Its not healty to hold on to anything wheter its love hate sex drive. When you learn to open up and channel the energy into positive direction you will be a healthier happier person.

Now that your aware of all this energy. Use meditation during the day to help enlighten you and you will be able to get rid of that fear that keep us all from reaching higher levels. Such as the experience you had of flying. This is a new level for you and you got scared and felt like you could not go any more this is normal. It feels scary because now your more opened up and aware you need to just gain more knowledge and soon will be whatever you want.

The drugs could possibly induce more REM.. Could even be placebo effect, or maybe your just more aware of your self and have better results from self awareness. I dont reccomend taking them I have had severe allergies from weeds to cats since i was a small child i never take man made prescription drugs. The long term side effects have not been determined yet on these new drugs and im no guinea pig for the FDA. When i was 10 i took seldane a common allgery medication. They pulled it off the market it caused heart disease. I stopped taking the nasty chemicals they poisen society with. There are natural substances than can cause the experiences you have had happen here but for the allergies i just deal with it mind over matter. Sorry about all the anti drug bs but i get carried away dont like to see people takeing unknown new chemicals into the body.

      Peace out

      Curios,

yeah I agree with you. If it were respritory or sinus allergies, I'd deal with them, but the kind of allergy I am experiencing is hives. They are horrible, so I will take the pills for now. Thanks for the advice though.

But I agree with what you said also, about me being opened up to something new. No matter what caused the initial "opening", I feel like the gates have been open and I have a feeling I'll be dreaming like this more often. I am starting to look forward to sleeping again tonight. If I can do it again tonight, I am going to try these things:

      1) Walk a tightrope...I am very afraid of hieghts so I feel this will be a great exersice to learn more balance and get confortable with heights. I just need to remember I can't get hurt while I'm dreaming. I seem to still fear pain or injury (like when I tried the backflip) even though I know I can't get hurt. I guess it just takes practice. I never thought I'd be exercising in my dreams. Wow.

      2) Flip a light switch by hand and then by my mind. I read it somewhere.

      3) Do more with the mirrors. This freaked me out the most. I can't describe what that was like. But like everything else in life...I am intrigued by the things that freak me out.

      4) I would like to give flying a run agian...but it always wakes me up...the tightrope thing probobly will too though. So maybe I'll do 2, 3, 1 and then this step.

This is so wierd, I never thought I'd be so into dreaming. I can't wait to go back to sleep. My goal was always to stay up...now I just want to go to bed. It's all I can think about.

I don't really beleive in the energy per say, but I believe there is something in someone's mind that can be opened up to someting new. That is how I interpreted what he said....

LOL there is a SNL skit about that heeh good stuff.
"A knight is sworn to valor.
      His heart knows only virtue.
      His blade defends the helpless.
      His might upholds the weak.
      His word speaks only truth.
      His wrath undoes the wicked."

Impossible is only that which has yet to be imagined

so whats your fucking point paperdoll are you just miserable or what.

I dont think someone would go to hell for wearing something its how you act and what you do, not what your wearing.

Whether in a dream a not.

Some of your posts are nothing more than you blowing off hot air what a waste.

Yeah...I know, I got a little worked up and excited about it. That one night was jsut crazy. But I had a much calmer weekend. The only time I even LD'd since then was this morning. My alarm clock had gone off and I hit the snooze. It must have been right after I fell back asleep I started dreaming. I dreampt I was in bed with two peope, and we were about to get it on...but I knew in my dream, that my alarm clock was going to go off again so I tried to turn it off in my dream. I knew exactly where it was. But the struggling (I wasn't really trying to turn off the alarm clock, I was just dreaming I was) woke me up. DAMN. It was going to be a good dream too.

I am lost here. I didn't realize there was an argument going on here. What was meant but the above post? I read the one prior to it and didn't get it.

Jill I got that part. Did you see what I said about me going to hell? lol...

But I was quoting PaperDoll. She was saying...

"WHAT THE HELL??? see what i mean? that made no sense. what am i attempting to fuck with that i shouldn't?

I didn't understand what that meant? It kinda of just popped out of the blue.

BTW, I missed ya today Paperdoll....

aha! i see the problem. Curios will post shit about me, piss me off, then go back and edit it to make me look bad. if you will notice on the first page, at the bottom there is a post by him that would have said something about me "fucking with something i shouldn't".

on top of that, Curios, i have not once in this thread said anyone is going to hell, especially for their actions.
