First Lucid Dream (Started a week ago)

I've been trying to lucid dream for about a week, it was so cool, i think i woke up too early because i was too hyped.

It all started when I was walking downtown as if i was going home from school, Didn't realize I was walking with a friend who i haven't seen in years and was impossible for me to be walking home with him from school. So then after I say lets get some food and also didn't realize that the white castle and the fake store wasn't really there downtown. So I still didn't realize this, I go into store read the menu it had some delicous stuff (Butter stringed biscuits) So now i'm hungry as hell. First someone trys to pickpocket me, didn't realize anything suspicious, I came back in line and got to the cash register and someone takes my 50 dollars and runs so i chase them and get my 50 dollars back and finnally order, then out of no where the food store turned into my aunts house, but was still a food store. So Then the wall appears and there is no more food just scraps of food so i take that and go to sit.

This is when i realize it I look at some papers and its binary codes so I said "Hold up am I dreaming" I looked at the cable box it said 8 i look away look back says 9 look away and look back says reality check. So i get real excited that i'm dreaming and think maybe i should wake up to make sure i'm dreaming. So I jump in the air to try and fly in the house and then star appear on the ceiling. AFter hear noise outside but i didn't open it instead i EAT THE FOOD!!!!! for a good 5 mins I ate food, (Was I hungry? because i actually took it up on myself to eat) So anyway i get too excited and start to see how it looks when i'm awake and have my eyes close as if i'm fading from the dream. So I am thinking no I haven't gone outside yet to have fun, so i try to think of ways that makes u be able to stay up so i spin around a few times and regain my dream state. Then 20 secs later happens again and this time i did a spin and just stopped.

Then I woke up!!!! hyped as hell. I still remember the whole dream in detail

Sounds like your excitement could get in the way a bit though! Next time I recommend just trying to maintain your state by telling yourself to be calm. It can be quite hard to keep the dream going in the direction you want sometimes!
