Just a Newbie, but I did it!
Okay, so today, March 1, my Mother's birthday, marks my first official lucid experience. After a whole night of having non-lucid dreams with very-obvious signs throughout, I woke up, went back to bed, and along came lucidity. I was hanging from a cable going down a long, vertical, gold-coloured tunnel. at the bottom was a red door, which I opened to find another red door, like an airlock on a spaceship. after going through both doors, I was in the hallway of a rather nice house. i walked down the hallway and turned into a bedroom, which had something playing on TV (it looked like a scene from "Blackadder II, with rich ppl in Victorian clothing). I thought, "I've seen this already" and left the room. in the living room, a short, chubby, middle-aged Italian gentleman said "Hello" to me. I said "Hello" back, but i found it hard to speak, and it started out as distorted stuttering for a moment before the word came out. The guy then said "hello hello hello" as if he were mocking me, or he just didn't know much English. at that time i woke up, feeling great. :-P
