First Lucid Dream, have question..

i had my first ld ayesterday, i was wondering if this was wierd...

i woke up early in the morning heard my mom already up listening to the tv, then fell back asleep, only it was weird. i was dreaming, but at the same time i could hear the tv still going. i could see the back of my eyelids. i was lucid, it wasn't like i was in my dream. my dream was more like somthing i was thinking. i wasn't viewing it with my eyes. my eyes were focused on my closed eyelids, but i could still see it. i couldn't feel my body, and had no control over my dream.

I have something similiar when I go to sleep. I believe its HI and your in the WILD process. though I could be wrong.
