Possibly my first!

I went paintballing saturday morning and a saint patricks day party at night so I was very tired. I fell asleep around 2:00 am. I had no intention of trying this night because I was way to worn out. Anyway this is what happened.

I was walking around a field that is to the left of my house (in my dream and real life) and something happened that i dont remember that made me do a reality check. I clamped my nose shut with my hands and tried to breathe through it. To my suprise I was able to breathe. I told myself I was dreaming and then something weird happened that leads me to beleive it was a LD. I heard some weird sound in my head that I cant explain and my surroundings became much clearer immidiately. I only walked around for a few seconds before things started to become fuzzy again. I wanted to know if you guys think this was real or if my brain was trickin me into thinking i was having one.

if you, at any point, think to yourself "i'm dreaming", you are experiencing lucidity in the dream. so, congratulations! you're on the right track

It was being able to tell yourself that you were dreaming that signals that you were having an LD. :wink:
