Finally Did It

So after about a year of trying off and on, it finally happened last night. I woke up in the middle of the night extremely tired. I laid my head back down on the pillow, and could feel myself instantly falling asleep again. So I decided to do the "move my fingers back and forth" thing until I felt that I may have been dreaming. I thought about doing the breathing through my nose reality check but thought it might just wake me up. After a few seconds I decided to just give it a try anyway. I pulled my left hand to my face and plugged my nose, then attempted to breathe through it; and to my amazement, it worked! I tried not to get too excited, but it was tough. At first everything was dark, but slowly faded into an image of my room, just a little darker. I tried to fly, but failed miserably. Next, I made repeated attempts to summon Jessica Alba for obvious reasons but sadly failed again. I woke up soon afterwards, after being lucid for roughly one minute. Needless to say it was really cool, and hope to have the chance to do it again soon.

Hell yes! That is awesome! Congratulations! It just goes to show you that hard work really pays off in the end.

congrats, I became lucid last night, but was too excited I didn't know what to do and woke up. Since I started writing in my journal last week I had 2 L.D's already. I had more before, but writing in my journal is working. I was too lazy to get up and write in my journal so I stuck paper to the side of my drawer with a pen on a string so when I wake up at night I just move my arm, but it's not a good idea since I can't make out my handwriting all I see is scribble. Congrats to you though.
