Score! First lucid ( I think)

So yea, I have been here for about a month (little longer) and have practice numerous techniques the first 2 weeks and dream recall. Then i stopped for about a week.. then the last 2 days i focused on the 61 point relaxation and found that it works really good if you want to go to sleep - i found myself fallling asleep before I can go through all the numbers (and I have a hard time going to sleep)
So.. I was dreaming i was at my computer when all of a sudden a dog materalizes and I run down stairs and say... do we have a dog? no response. Then I realize that some stuff is not right and I scream oh schnap im dreaming. Nothing seems to change and then I say lucidity X1000 and my dream perception opens from a tunnelvision to seeing in my normal eyesight and i notice everything is much more clear. I then start getting excited that I finally got it and I can feel my heart pounding (felt as if it was in real life pounding on my mattress) I knew I had to quickly calm myself if i wanted to stay within my dream and basically I just calmed my self and breathed. (totally never though of spinning or rubbing my hands - must of been sleepy)
The whole dream kinda switched into a sureal 'hazy' (not blurry) but motion blur when I looked around) I immediately went to my door and went outside. (about 5 seconds of my memory drop here) I am standing in the street and procede to jump and notice I jump higher than normal. Then I jump (like in the matrix) and fly straight up and the sky had very interesting cloud formations... and I fly through them and it feels real. I eventually sort of just drop back down and walk down the street a bit... then I become distracted by basically regular dream scenarios and seem to forget im dreaming- from then on its a normal dream.

I didn't wake up on my first LD - I went from Dream induced LD then back into the regular dream. But the LD portion lasted about 3-5 minutes.
This seems pretty good - I see a lot of members wake up in seconds after their first LD. and I didn't even wake up- I just got distracted.
I presume I was in a lower level of Lucidness because i easily got distracted and my mind was not fully awake. I hope these will be able to come easier now to me.
