MILDing (3rd LD), during RC i felt SP?

I was doing a MILD last night and i was going to sleep, then my dream began with me going to sleep. So it's dark, im in my bed, and i do an RC for the hell of it, but as i pick up my arm it feels paralyzed at first, then i use some strength to get it up, and do an RC-Im dreaming. So i attempt getting out of bed but something sensed my real body was trying to get out of bed too? Then the dream continued normally (for an ld, considering i tried spinning myself to a spot to skate and ended right in front of the moon as a crescent in space, except the background was purple not black, pretty damn cool!).

So im guesing i just "felt" my real body because i had read in EWOLD right before bed about a bunch of physical stuff in LDs related to your actualb muscles and dream muscles, so maybe it was all in my head (thats what im thinking). Can anyone clarify?

I often feel vibration sounds and less frequently SP when i MILD. This is very uncommon as these responses are usually associated with WILD. My guess is that some people have some difficulty ignoring these normal sensations when they achieve a level of consciousness...
