4th and 5th last night day after 3rd

Ok they wasn't as vivid as the 3rd one, but i definately knew i was dreaming. I got woken up as the dreams started both times.

Its unusual for me to have 2 dreams in one night that i can remember it seems i can start the LD part naturally now.

Maybe if i start to keep a dream journel it would help me recall them dreams.

Remembering your dreams does help you realise you are dreaming, because events happen once in real life, dreams can be repetitive.

Make associations between dreams look for things that are consistance for instance, if you always see a building that you know does not exist you are dreaming.

Maybe I woke up because i been thinking about the waking up part of the dream as i always had false awakenings even when i didn't know i was dreaming.

Maybe these false awakening helped me become Lucid as I often had to force myself awake when i realised i wasn't awake in the false awakening. This was before i could LD.
