Try to understand your dream when dreaming

Talking yourself through a dream helps you to stay in it, questioning everything to understand why you are where you are will help you take control.

I visited other dreams and still remember the dreams with the people chasing me the road and fence i would never pass for fear of people attacking me. (from a childhood dreams i am 27 and forgot most of my childhood but not the dreams and false awakening stange no?).

First step: Know you are dreaming.
Second Step: Take a look around and describe what you are looking at.
Third step: instinctively change what you see or remember other dreams.
Fouth step: Remember you are in your bed, and if there are any sounds IWW (in waking world) you will hear them.. its like a coma.

Final tips and lots of people say this, stay calm do not get excited the steps above will keep you calm as you remain focused.

Do not always try to take control of your dream first learn to move from that dream to another one, when you get more experienced return to your dream and change it.
To move from a dream just think of a place you rather be.. and fly there.

Its true when you realise you are dreaming, you know that nothing can hurt you and you no longer fear it. My last fear was not being able to wake, and forced myself awake, its like you tense up and can feel your body numb and not being able to move (this is false awakening).

Just to tell you about my false awakings in more detail.. I wake up in my bed not being able to move a muscle, and I feel that someone or something is there with me, sometimes i get a prod in the back or lifted from my bed, and sometimes i see things like the crim reaper standing there, hold 2 hounds of hell. At this point i forget i am dreaming and its all accepted as real, but now i am in better control of it i wake myself up.

although sometimes i am scared and try to move, this wakes me up into the waking world.

The 3rd dream in more detail.. I started off realising i was dreaming i was in my bed (wierd place to start i know) and I could see and move around there was some clues that i was in fact dreaming cus the layout of my appartment was different. I said to myself i am sleeping, and then i deciced to go for a walk, i left the appartment and reality struck as the place was as it is in real life, usually i would forget and go back to normal dreaming, but this time i decided to see if i could fly, and flew away over the building down the road and as i was flying i thought, I know i will goto the wood from another dream next to the tunnel of love at the fair ground where over the road is a building half burried with the access 200 meters away under ground where i went with my childhood friends in some other dreams.

So i was flying and the vision blurred the faster i went and i felt myself leave this "existance" and move into a new and exciting existance, i got there got bored and decided to let the dream play out normally, it took me to a room where there was a person talking to me my older sister, i thought i am not wasting my time talking to her, so i made her disapear and explored the room some more, i could still hear her talking to me so i left that room and went to another dream i had where there is a cross road and an firestation on one of the quarters and the road leads into a street as far as i know this place does not exist in real life,, there i hooked up with a few people and did things of sexual nature and i was asked if i wanted them to do positions and i told them no, i then went and met the writer of my dreams, i think this is the root of my nightmares, when i got there she had the attitude of you don't scare me you have found consious within your dream, i am going to keep on writing the bad dreams for you to experience (nightmares are good at preparing you for situations in life) and i told her that i didn't want to have them dreams and told her i am going to explode your head if you do not stop it and let me control my dreams as i see fit, she said that its impossible to do that, so i said your head will explode in five seconds, the seconds passed and it never and she had a smerk on her face, so i said your head will explode like a balloon and her head swelled up and popped, I then move from this dream and explored other places I have been in my dreams, I felt myself waking up and wanted to continue to explore so i spun again, and went to other dreams and location to take a good look around as everything was crystal clear i wanted to remember it. I then woke up or thought i did (false awaking) i was in a room that i accepted as being my bedroom if it wasn't for the shadows of people moving about the place and the not being able to move part.. I thought i needed to wake up from this as previously i had a dream of false awakening and when i woke in the waking world i was not breathing, so i was still aware i was false dreaming i felt a cold chill over my body, and decided to end the dream for fear that i would stay asleep indefinately. I woke in the real world to be faced with a focusing on the wallpaper, i looked around and realised i was in fact awake and really excited of the dream i just experienced.

I do not need to do much to start an LD dream. I seem to have them naturally proberly because i had so many vivid dreams i can see that i am dreaming.
