This time I was NOT hypnotized back into an ND. Basically- the whole day that I was on the computer I had a program called Subliminal Flash running that is free for 7-days that subliminally flash messages to your subconscious - I changed the affirmations to lucid dreaming related. Now, I started a HILD as I went to sleep and I believe I fell asleep before I could finish it. I woke up early in the morning and went back to sleep and had a deam during one of my lattter REM cylces...

[DREAM] My house was going to be used in a television show and there was a director and all and this dream seemed to last about 15 PURE/REAL minutes. I then near teh end of this dream was jumping down teh sidewalk to get back to my house while I noticed I sort of floated while I jumped and thought about dreaming but my brain blew it off as something like that I am running so fast I can jump higher or something.
[Cue the Lucid]
Right after this I thought "How did I get here?" Then i thought- Oh we are shooting the movie and all this happened and basiclaly remembered my whole dream. Then I said- but BEFORE the movie and I never thought about it- I just had that one feelin that I knew I was dreaming and shouted out "YES I AM DREAMING" then I sort of just felt like I have been 'placed' into the dream and had full control around moving. I stated to myself that I must focus on the fact that I am dreaming or I will be hypnotized back into ND. I thought about myself dreaming for a few seconds and I thought in my dream how subliminal flash might have actually worked. Then proceded to rub my hands together and this made everything a little more vivid. I then started to spin for a little bit and made myself dizzy. When I was done spinning,

I looked into the street then very very very quickly my dream faded into me looking up at my wall in bed. I woke. Oops, never checked for a FA but I believe im in real life right now
Anyways, any more tips in stablizing my dreams- I did the methods like spinning and rubbing my hands and I guess that helped for a little bit but my dream faded so fast after this that I didnt have time to do anything.

Some tips to stay asleep? Also this was my second lucid in about 4 weeks from my first. Maybe I will be able to have more lucid dreams now? or at least hold lucidity.

Also I think I lost lucidity as a part of thinking about my Subliminal Flash program and it could of worked.... I hear that thinking about waking life in dreams can wake you up. During my dream when I thought about the program I actually pictured it in my Dream Body's head. Could of possibly started to wake me up...

So when I started LD- took about 4 weeks for my first and 4 weeks for my second.
Ill try the exact same two methods I used last night and see If I can achieve lucidtiy again and If I can for a few nights I will write up a tutorial.

oh and BTW- I had two bananas that day and popcorn an hour before I fell asleep. I hear popcorn can help induce and bananas can strengthen your visualization.
