Camera view

does anybody else find their view switching to 3rd person and circling the scene almost like in a movie? i don't know why but this has started to happen in almost every one of my dreams lately, lucid or not.

like for instance: i was having this pretty brutal martial arts type fight (if any of you have seen Ong-Bak) and every time anyone, including my opponents, would land a particularly cool hit or kick, the action would go back right before the hit and I would see it again, usually in slow-mo, like i was watching a movie. Or another time I was in this desolate canyon where i shot this ball of energy and my view followed and circled this ball of energy, watching it make the entire valley fertile. it was kind of like i was controlling the ball but i was definitely watching the ball from outside, neither travelling as the ball or myself flying along with the ball.

just seeing if it happens to anyone else. also, wtf is going on?!

oh yeah 3rd person dreams are the shit. i had one the other day were i was a charcter from hunter the rekening that game for x box and ps2 and i was running around my high school with my ffriend killing zombies and what not

Dreaming in different camera views is pretty cool. I had dreams in 3rd person, some viewing from top (like a 3d rpg game), some with funny camera effects. I wonder how would it be a 2d dream... :roll:

Most of mine are first person, but every now and then I have a 3rd person. It feels more like a game really.

man,i have to stop playing PC games :P

3rd person happens every now and then for me, but I hate it when the view changes just as things are getting good :P

If i've seen it before in a game I only wish I could see it from 1st person!
