      LD haze

Ive been Lding for some time now but still every time i have one i feel this adrenaling rush so i try to hurry everything up, i try to preform powers but cant. Its really enoying, all my Lds seem hazey even when they are vivid. I have even tryed to stop and think that im only dreaming and what it is that im seeing and that every thing is an illusion but that doesnt help. Im usually only succesfull when i dont consentrate that its a dream but that just makes the dream go quicker and even more hazey.

Also im always thinking of thins to do in an LD and how to make it better, but when i finally get an LD i forget it all or because of the adrenalin rush i need to do it all fast and quickly so it doesnt end.

This proberly wont get a reaply since its all over the place but ..... meh.

you can teach yourself to slow down. Imagine doing the following a few times, and tell yourself that you will do them when you become lucid.

take a few moments just to look around at the surroundings.

Feel things (rub hands slowly, or touch walls). Then gradually move on to explore dream.
