"I Breathe Differently When I'm Awake" plz read &a

Hey folks..hows everyone in the DV community Doing..Hope you are all doing good..

Well My one year Annv. is coming up soon on June 12th, i'll have 365 days under my belt as a member of Dreamviews.com, and let me tell you, this site is so amazing..i love coming here and reading people's stories about their LD's and i just love helping people out because Lucid Dreaming, seriously has become my Anti Drug...I had a drug problem a while back, i had to sit in jail for 2 and a half months before going to treatment for 3..and in that time,(73 days) i had 10 LD's, I remember one of them i was on this road in my old city, and when i got out of jail--in reailty- and was in treatment, i had walked down the same road that was in my LD--and i had never been on that road b4 in my life...

Anywayz...on topic...

Im here to discuss something, and id like for you all to follow along and reply to this....When you have a Lucid Dream, do you ever cross that point where you literally feel yourself getting "Locked" into your dream...Like everything just like molds together and its like you have total focus....Its really amazing..Ive had LD's like that and its like "Holy Cow!"

I've noticed in my LD's that become like that, I breathe differently...its quite strange..it feels so different breathing in a dream, then in reality...I had recently found my Dream Guide, named Anna, and she told me that she had tried contacting me last fall sometime..and she had been in some of my recent LD's before but i had never gotten a good lookat her..so finally i asked her if her name was Anna, she said yes...Then i had asked her, are you my dream guide, and again she said yes....awesome LD..

People like us need to understand that, we all have Dream Guides, we just got to find them...everyone has guidance in Reality...so why not in the dream world?? You see what i'am saying??? We cannot walk through this life without first being guiding...and We cannot truly walk through our Dreams, Awake, until we open our eyes...

Like in the Movie Vanillia Sky..how tech support keeps following Tom Cruise around...like a dream guide...Well i bet you that your dream guide is always following you, or perhaps, i know for a fact, mine waited for the right time to show up..cuz i know i wasn't ready to see my DG...

Anywho....The vividness of our reality, can be the same in a LD...in the book EWOLD (Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming) for those who dont know the lingo...they did a study of moving the eye lids back and fort after they realized their dreaming-every ten seconds, and compared it to the time in reality, and it pretty much even'd out......All i have to say is, Lucid Dreaming is one of the best things ever to happen to me...and id like to thank everyone here and all DV staff for having a great site..

Also i had made a Mp3 of my own...its quite different from what you make expect, but i listened to it while at my computer desk an hour before i went to bed, and it puts you into a really sleepy mood--not that its boring--but just the way its all set up...at the moment im writing this i am uploading it so i can post it up here..You are all welcome to use it, and plz tell me what you think--- i had added my voice in the beginning of it--its about 57 mins long..so just listen to it--if u fall asleep with it on, cool, but just listen to it until you get your mind relaxed and in a sleepy state..and fall asleep quickly and off to your dream land u go...
