I was watching this guy on TV one night and kinda thought he was cool.

That night i just happened to have a Lucid dream and he was just hanging out at my house. It wasnt where i live now but a small little one story maybe 2 bedroom place. We were just talking shit about different things he was working on some new stuff. I asked him if he would show me his levitation and he did. I succesfully did exactly like he did in my bathroom. It was funny because my wife was walking by and seen me and her face lit up like a candle it was cool. It wasnt that big of deal because ive done this before, even very high up in the air. Then my dream kinda shifted and we were riding bikes over to a Park. We stopped and were hanging out i showed him how i could use telekenisis and move a ball around and launch it without touching it.

He was not impressed at all. He began to hold his hands like he was holding a ball or something, one hand over the other. Until a ball of white and purple swirling and glowing light appeared in his hands. He then launched the ball of energy about 100 feet when it hit the ground it exploded into thousands of tiny balls that bounced once,then disappeared. The explosion was very loud and impressive. I tried and was able to create a ball launch it not quite so far. Mine had a very weak explosion. I was amazed like never before. I have been able to create this ball almost whenever. I noticed though sometimes its weak and sometimes its very strong.

Cool! I have used this method to focus my chi before attempting different things, but I have never seen it or thrown it like you describe!

Ive tried Telekinesis before - did you find you had pains in the morning? in your arms and legs?

Its been a cool thing lately for me to do. In the past when i realize im dreaming i would do the usual things like no gravity jumping and flying around. Now i create this ball and just play with it and what have you. I have been coming to this board a while now and i know others do some cool things like change into animals and such. Like i said lately this has been my thing to do once i realize im dreaming.

What was cool is someone (David) actually showed me the technique. And ive been able to do it since. This is a first for me. I notice now in my dreams im always seeking someone to show me something. I have gone weeks with not a dream person able to teach me squat. Usually they think im nutz. Anyhow one observation i noticed. Is the energy ball seems to be directly linked to my available energy or maybe dream awareness.... something. Im not sure but some time that sucker is very intense and powerful and other times i can barely see it and when i launch it , it sorta just diminishes and fades away. Any ideas why its not constant?

it wouldnt be constant all the time anyway - probably due to how youre feeling that day. If youre happier than other days it would be stronger. In my only lucid dream I had I threw a psi-ball at a bottle and knocked it over - really pleased as it was my first time - ive always been interested in the idead behind TK and its cool I can do it in my dreams at least but I reckon it would build up a greater intelligence in waking life anyhow :)

not at all ive been able to do telekenisis in dreams for a long time now and the first time or any time never experienced pain at all. Despite the fact i train martial arts and am usually always soar somewhere. Telekinsis is cool because is has seemed to open doors to other possibilities. I truly reccomend people to practice it when they can. Its strange though cause it is total mental ability that you have to learn like levitation or flying. When i first started i would try too hard and nothing happens. Confidence knowing it can be done is half the battle. When you practice start with small objects. Hold hands about 1 to 3 inches from object. imagine and focus all your energy to your finger tips and concentrate on moving the object accross a surface. For me its like when i first started Lucid dreams and would constanly wake my self up. Now its very rare because you learn to use your mind not your physical body. Good luck and dont try hard it wont happen like that.

I got a pain myself through TK but then i decided to lift something very heavy. Still I think TK is on the list with every LD I have in the future with a little exploration - keep me updated with any TK experiences in the future

i like to play with time...slow it down or speed it up...also, you realize that generally the dream world you are in is usually just one of your own creation, thus all that is around is energy your subconcious is putting out (subconcious>concious), so try to simply grab a chunck of dreamworld, melt it into energy and play with it...or create that energy ball, then form it into something tangible and solid...its fun...one time i made a person who looked exactly like me, and i could read his thoughts, so we decided to fight, cause its fun, and we were evenly matched...he even used some dream-powers on me...lol, funny thing is, he won, and when he killed me i woke up
