Control Slipping in out of LD - anyone else??

after a coupla days with no luck last night was (actually this morning) had 3 in a row or maybe 2 LDs and an FA. Woke up at 3:30 am . went back to sleep at 4:30 am. Since I tried to WILD last coupla nights with no success, thought I would just sleep and see if I could do a normal LD. I was in this big family gathering and everone of my relatives was there. they were trying to wake me up - no visuals just sound. I could'nt get up , I would try again and again but I just heard their voices. Finally someone threw some water in my face and i was up but the light was very dim. Dont remember the exact point i did an RC - During a WILD I would usually stare at my hand and it would immediately work. This time All my fingers were in tact. Then I saw a watch on the floor tried to lift it with my mind and it was floating. Ok now i am sure its an LD but things are still very hazy very dim light tried a few things to stabilize but gave up (tried to turn on the light switch 2 ft away) I stared at it and it almost zoomed into my vision closer but cudnt turn it on. Finally I woke up.

Now usually I dont go to bed after an LD so I can remember - this time since i decided to go back to sleep and dont remeber the transition at some point I knew I was in an LD. Tried staring at my palm again this time One finger was missing - Great!!! this is my usual RC that always works ran my other hand through the gap where my finger was missing (thought the finger was there just invisible to me :) Didnt attempt too much stuff in this one but after a while towards the end it got really vivid - want to check out the north pole - It was desolated no one there - i ordered up a bunch of people and party music and strobe lights - now we had a party on all that ice. There was also a DJ 2 of them I didnt order them but they were there I clearly remember their names =
noch noch and noch niche (go figure!!!) on closer look looked like they were just doing talk radio and the lady upstairs (there was suddenly an apartment and a balcony on the north pole!) anyway she would keep playing her music and drown out the radio show. Thats the last I remember of that one.


here is the kicker - I awoke from the second one to an FA but the FA was more intense and vivid than the 2 LD's. I was in my bed and my whole family had decided to intervene as they thought I had gone insane with all this LD'ing and needed help. I never opened my eyes, but iheard they had some kind of proffesional with them (to get the LD'ing out of me like a LD exorcist :) but I could hear them saying record everything he says or does when he gets up- we need to for his treatment. Kept my eyes shut but rolled off the bed and kept rolling aroundI could feel everything. Finally after some time I was convinced this was an FA so I decide to wake up BUt i was holding on to someones hand - still with my eyes shut I would partially let go of the hand and I was partially out of it (I knew and i was sure cos i could hear the humming of my little fan that I put next to the bed last night as my AC wasnt working) anyway this was intense! I could slip back and forth (not completely) between the FA and waking by either grabbing the arm in the FA tighter or loosening it but not letting go (never opened my eyes). Did this for a while - more as an academic exercise (rather than for fun) - finally let go and awoke.

Not sure if this has happened to anyone else. This has happened to me before - where i could control slipping in and out, but last time this happened was before I knew about LD's and was scared shitless. The "handle" if you want to call it was on the waking side. It was a night mare LD and evertime things got too scary I would grab my pillow and be back to waking state partially and once I released it slip back to the LD. Has this happened to any of you - (probably has with all the LD experts here) does this have a name??

This was my first multiple LD night - Its only 8:00am almost want to try again but waking life waits so prob not :)
