Uncordinated...
Ok, so i had a lucid dream last night. 8) The funny thing is, i really thought i was awake. My reality check worked, so i got out of bed started to spin right... logical. This is where i got confused. I fell to the the ground! My spin was unsuccessful and i took a big crash!
So, I laid back down and thought, "how dumb of me... i was really awake, but i could breathe through my nose." :shakehead2: Then, it clicked, my mind wasn't satisfied with my uncordinated fall. After reality check number two i was finally floating around my house.
Does anything weird ever happen for you guys? That is definately the first i've heard of falling down while spinning.

Yep! When I did my last lucid task, after popping out of my cacoon, in the garden, I fell on the floor, and when I picked myself up, I thought I'd woken up. When I tried to destroy a car with an energy ball it failed, so I was sure of it, lmao

Spinning doesn't really work for me either. I just do like a ton more reality checks and that makes my dream more clear. Or you could just yell more lucidity or something like that.

Spinning never worked for me as well. But not because I fell, I simply woke up everytime I tried it for some unknown reason.
Hand rubbing is out of the question too.. I tried it my last LD and it just woke me up faster (much like spinning).
Guess I'll try summoning some ice around my feet to stay stuck in the dream next time

Lol, ice, good idea :P I find that spinning never really works either, since it's so realistic when I do it how LaBerge suggests! Handrubbing has worked in some shape or form though.

Actually I mentioned the ice thing out of sarcasm, it's so annoying to be so close to stabilize a dream only to wake up a few seconds after, but it isn't such a bad idea at all.
Or maybe imagining a horde of angry people pulling me into the drean... gotta give it a shot someday.
Or falling into a trapdoor and ending up in a totally different and stable dream scene... yeah, I do hate my creative mind.

I guess i will have to get a new method of stabilizing. I thought that was the sure way, but everyone else has trouble with it too it seems. I've tried shouting "clairty now" and that worked well, so that might just be my new method.
Thanks for the feedback, i just assumed spinning was the sure way to get clarity.
