      Lucidity

Hi everyone,i'm new to this site, first post but quite old to lucid dreaming.
In fact i'm into this stuff for over 10 years. It started back when i was told that i'd need a new liver to be able to continue this life, and it takes quite a bit of time to be able to get one of those .
So to make a long story short, i got one after 4 years, in which i wasn't able to do anything much but sleep. Being tierd and no energy are a good sign (yellow skin aside lol) that your liver is going. So all this time and of course after the operation till now i used to learn about sleep and other branches of awareness reachable trough dreaming on my comp and a lot of practice.

Now, it is to a point that most of the times (it still has a mind of it's own) i see myself crossing the barrier of real and dreams, not feling any part of my body (like in dreams) and when it happends, i simply choose what to do in my dream, which is more than often flying loll. I just start running and throw myself as if i was to dive into water but i pick up altitude,(that's a dead on proof that you're dreaming , at my age running is also one lol) it's the most intense feeling ever, you can go as high as you want, but no wind in your ears, no body feelings. In the biginning i was a bit afraid of the hight even though i knew i was dreaming, it's very realistic, always paired with a super enhenced "beautiful" feeling all over, almost to the point of crying.
I highly recommend to everyone to concentrate on flying in dreams, it's much better than the other best thing lol.
I also have to point out that like everything it takes a "lot" of practice but it comes to those who wants it bad.
I'm glad i had this op. it took me to a very diffrent way of life, i'm now using my "whole" day, when i'm awake i'm a much much better person calmer, brighter, just a happy person. Probably due to the ability of being able to deep sleep, and doing what you want in it dosn't hurt to be happy when you wake up lol.

      Glad to join you guys

More often than not, when it breaks the dream (waking up or else) it's the surprise that does that, you have to get used to it. Staying calm no matter what is the only way to be able to actually do something in flight.
I also got into outer body experiment with the monroe institute in VA. and they highly recommend lucid dreaming as one of the gateway to acheive the actual OBE.
I find the lessons on disk from the institute that i have very effective to reach deep relaxed state.
For more info about that e-mail me

Edit: Oops! sorry forgot one Q.
No i dont have lucid dreams every night, like i said in my first post, it seems to have a mind of it's own By that i mean if you have a problem that you cant get over when you go to sleep, it's sometimes enough to screw everything up, and being a normal person (with a wife lol) i have my share of those. So like everyone i'm very happy when it happends and it does at least a few times a week .
Everything looks much better from up there
