Here Is A Good Idea For Lucidity....
Ok folkz, some of you may know me..if not..I'am Dj Jones (spiritofthewolf)
If you recall a while back I had come up with an interesting experiment to try to gain lucidity...It is quite simply actually...
Here it is: Print out on computer paper ranging from BIG TEXT to small text (whichever way you want it) Phrases like I'AM DREAMING/ reality check/ Calm Down etc..And make sure it is centered in the middle of the page..Print it out, and hang them on your bedroom walls..Everytime you look at the Reality Check sign...do an RC....Make sign that says AM I DREAMING, and just ask yourself if you are dreaming with no RC...then look over at the RC sign, read it..then perform an RC...
This may help your brain focus more on concentration and getting a pattern down inside, so that when you do fall asleep, it may follow the same pattern in your dreams because your subconcious plays along with the dream, like everything is normal so it may use the same pattern as your waking mind...thus making you realize, YOUR DREAMING!

SIDENOTE: I had done this almost a 8 or 9 months ago..and the first 2 nights resulted in 1 LD and 2 False Awakenings..Which if your good with F/A's it could result in 3 LD's in 2 days...but everyone is different...please enjoy

Yeah that's a good idea, but I suspect that your subconscious might just delete it randomly or something like that. It would probably work once or twice, but once you get used to it being there, you wouldn't notice if it didn't exist in one of your dreams.
