Double dream experience?? Please HELP me!

Dear lucid dreamer, my English is not very good. I'ill tell my experience in simple sentence, please help me!
I've slept for about 7,5 hours and after I weak up, I Sleep again and found my self in the college living in my past with my college friends (it is my past living), in this dream i feel for a day long (maybe for about 24 hours), i've been try to do some Reality check, and it fail so I thought that it's reality, and I told to my friends in my dream that i'm not dreaming and then they took me in the bathroom and give me a lot of water in order to make me un confuse or wake. Then i wake and my breathing is not so easy, i saw to the clock on the wall and i felt that i was dreaming for 1 hour, after that i took a glass of water and found my self wake again so the first wake event just false awakening. And inthe reality world i saw on the clock it's all happen just for about 10 munites.
So on my second deep dream i felt that i have living for about one day long, in my first dream i felt that i've dream for one hour, and in the reality world i know that all just 10 munites.
I so confuse why reality check don't work well, and is it true? if more deep dream we've more time spent there?? I've read thar Robert Monroe have spent 100 yaears in OOBE, that 100 years just 2 hours in reality world.
Thanx for your attention, and wait for your answer.

      Hey there someone

What types of reality checks are you doing? Before I read about the reality checks recommended on this site, I was often getting confused in my dreams because I'd rely on observing the world, and since it seemed ultra-realistic, I would think it wasn't a dream.... or sometimes I'd pinch myself... and it just felt like a pinch would.

I would recommend finding a couple reality checks that you like, and using *two* reality checks instead of one, to really make sure in a dream. That way, if one fails, you have a back up and you are more likely to feel convinced in your dream.

Personally, I like the hold your nose and breathe technique (if you are dreaming, you can breathe through your nose even though it is pinched closed). I also find it useful to just take a few seconds to try to think about where I am - how did I get there? Are there people from my past there that I don't see anymore? (This is a big cue that I'm dreaming in many of my dreams, and it seems like it was for you too in this dream!) If the answers don't make sense... I'm dreaming.

You'll find lots of suggestions for RCs on this site, so find a couple you like best, and practice using them during your waking hours as well - that way, you will be more likely to use them in your sleep. Good luck and happy dreaming!
