I would like to know if the experience between the << >> marks was a L/D or OBE.
<<Jeannie was a friend I often had coffee with when we worked at Pacific Western Airlines. Over coffee one day, we talked about astral travel; she seemed politely interested in the subject. She jokingly said "Maybe I will visit you in a dream and take you flying". I smiled and said, "Any time Jeannie I’ll be waiting".
…A few days later, I awoke early in the morning, with the recollection of the following experience. Jeannie and I were flying (floating) over the city of Vancouver. I remembered looking down at many of the prominent landmarks. She was smiling, I was smiling, we were having a great time. At some point I realized I was up in the air with no visible means of support, I started to move my arms up and down and the dream ended… We had coffee that day; her account of the flight over Vancouver mirrored mine with one exception. She said, at some point I started to flap my arms like a bird. She asked, "Why are you flapping your arms?" I said, "I don’t want to fall". As soon as I said I did not want to fall, I disappeared. I did not remember any conversation between us; I just remembered a lot of smiling going on…>>
