Wow I have been waiting... forever (well more like two days) for the forum to be back up so I could tell someone! A couple days ago I was gonna try to WILD again. Well I did try. At 11:00 when I first went to bed I tried. Failed. Tried again immediatly. Failed. Woke myself up at 6 and did WBTB+WILD and... failed. BUT! Then when I went back to sleep I had a lucid dream. I dunno if it was because thats all that was on my mind whilst going to sleep or not. I actually don't remember just how I did it either, whether I did a Reality Check or what but I do remember "Oh snap I'm dreaming". Actually at the time I had been kind of... well I was like laying down on the trunk portion of a car propelling it along by running. Kind of like pushing the car but whilst laying on the hood. Anyway that's when I figured it out. At first I forgot I had plans for when I became lucid and decided to see how fast I could propel the car like this. Well it started to fade so I focused on stuff and it became vivid once more. Off I went push/surfing the car. At first I kinda sputtered but then I took off zooming (relatively, considering I was pushing it with my feet, not that it matters, but my brain thought it did, probably about 70-80 miles an hour) After about 15 seconds or so of this I remembered "Oh yeah I have a plan" so I decided to try spinning and going where I wanted to be. As I did it, it was really wierd, I was spinning but it was like my vision went freeze frame. I saw roughly 8 images per spin. I could feel the world changing around me but it was more difficult than I had anticpated. I woke up and thought "bah". Unfortunatly this was a false awakening that I didn't realize at the time, as I woke up once more within 30 seconds. This time I did a RC but I was indeed awake. NEVERTHELESS! I did it. So awesome!

Sorry, posted something here that was meant for another thread... Blame it on the new boards, sorry...

Hey, I think I had my first lucid dream the same time as you, because I also waited two days for the forums to come back up.
Anyway, congratulations! You did better than I did (I'm still rather frustrated about my own lucid dream <_<)

Congrats to both of you! :D
And don't feel discouraged about forgetting the things you plan on doing while lucid, Lexior. It happens to all of us, some time or another.
It's like someone giving you the key to the universe and saying "Ok, you've got a short amount of time to do whatever you can possibly think of...and...GO!!!"
lol. You're bound to forget a few things.
Keep up the good work.

Yeah, until recently, everytime I became lucid the first thought on my mind was sex. Of course, I don't really want it THAT bad in real life, and I have a whole list of other things I would like to first accomplish in my dreams.

And I did it again... once again without really TRYING anything at all. Was tired as heck, just went to sleep. Sure enough I had a lucid dream. This time it faded rather quickly and within 10 seconds I was awake. As soon as I figured it out it got really fuzzy and distorted, I tried to save it, but half woke up. Felt really wierd and tried to go back to sleep without losing it, didn't work. Oh well progress!
