A Couple days ago I was sorta bored, so I decided to try and meditate, which Im usually not so great in doing. So, I sat down in my recliner and just closed my eyes and counted to four seconds over and over, breathing in/out at every fourth. Before I did this, I checked the clock, it was around 12:48.

In the midst of it, My mind wandered and I entered straight into a short dream, I think. Cause A little while later, I sorta drifted back to consciousness(sp) and looked at the clock and it was 12:59. I can't remmber anything solid, but IM positive that I went into a dream that way.

So, the point is that after that experience, I feel like I understand the Process for WILDing much more, and for you guys who can't get the hang of WILDing, you should try Meditation, if you don't already.

I'm not sure about meditation, but I did have an experience where I was laying on a couch, and the door to my bedroom was within reach of my foot. I was pretty tired, and I gave the door a quick push closed. The next thing I remember I was awakened by the sound of the door closing. So I'd imagine I fell completely asleep in like a second or less.

Thats crazy... I wish I could fall asleep that fast. Yeah I kind of do a form of meditation BEFORE WILDing, more a relaxation technique, (i say before wilding, ive nver had a wild, but only tried) and it seems to help me focus a lot more.
