This morning, I think for the third time my dream environment went out of control upon my becoming lucid.
It was hard to tell what was spinning, my body or the walls. I tried calming down and stabilizing with deep breathes and concentration. Hard to do with everything moving so fast. I finally forced myself to stand up thinking if I acted like everything was normal it would calm down only to find out that I had the walking ability of someone about to pass out from drinking too much. I was swaying all over the place and falling into things. It doesn't ever end until I wake up or the dream begins to fade to black.
So I was wondering if anyone else experiences this or has advice on how get past it?

If you can fly, try flying out of there. If not maybe make a book appear. But it in front of your face and try and read the words and change them. Remove the book and you should be more lucid and stabel. I think :). Try not to close your eyes in a dream. For me when I do my eyes get stuck or it spins too. Or for some people I heard it helps...?

I love you! You're the only one to reply to both my posts!
I'm not really much of flyer I like walking around and interacting. Plus for some reason in my dreams I still feel like I can't go through solid objects ( I was in my room). I actually didn't even think of making something appear to cover my face.
Thanks!

just believe u can do anything. because in dreams u can. I once tried to go through my ceiling, and kept bumping my head on the roof. u just have to calm down and just say to yourself that this is a dream and u can do whatever u want. after i little while i got through. i dont know if that helps any but just give it a couple tries, it will come :)
