Hi,
I just had my seventh lucid dream (my second actually good one, lasted about ten minutes, flew, was very lucid). Anyway, when I was trying to do a reality check (the breathing through nose one), I could actually hear myself breathe in reality in my ears. I was also starting to lose a little bit of lucidity as I was doing this, but I managed to absorb myself back into the dream. Has this happened to anyone else?

I heard myself breathing through an entire WILD once... sounded like Darth Vader's breathing - was really cool.

I've heard myself breathing as I am awakening from an ld. It sounded strange until I was awake enough to understand what it was.

Once when I was waking up, I though someone was playing a radio near by. But as I was more awake I realized it was just me breathing with some nasal congestion.

I have read of some people who hear actual conversations of people nearby IWL while staying in a lucid dream at the same time. But my hearing seems distorted when asleep.
