Weird Feeling Need Help

In my lucid dreams i feel weird, like im not really controling my self. its like i think of something to do then my dream body does it, i dont control it. its like im controling a cool video game.anyone have any techniqes to help me get into my real dream body? i really want to enjoy my ld's more.

Hmm...it seems like youre explaining the type of control everyone strives for in an LD. Do you mean you feel sort of 3rd person to the dream, but at the same time can control it all you want? Maybe just the mere thought of being able to control your dreams as ...simply(?) as this hasnt quite settled in to place and seems unnatural?

I don't know. Time will probably definitely help you get stable. Try some stabilization techniques like Billybob's method (search for "real lucid dreams" or something like that), it might help. Anyways, just enjoy it, even if you do feel detatched, you can still do anything you want, and that's pretty amazing.
