My first small step :)

I'd all but given up on this. I was just getting nowhere. I had read enough about it, but it just wasn't happening... then...
First thing I remem is seeing a meteor land far away in some trees. Except it looks like one of those outer-space photos of a comet, white with a big fan shaped tail, then some shifty red fire in the trees. Then a line of about 5 fireballs hit, real fake looking, like out of an old computer game.
It was just so cut and paste looking. I just realise this is a dream :D
First lucid :D:D:D (second to be precise, but first in many many years)
Setting : Outside, not real clear. Near some buildings, grass, a big tree. Maybe a school.
So to test I try jumping. I go up kind slow, and high, like jumping on the moon. OK so I'm finally here :) Try to stay calm and focus, but just as I gather my thoughts its night time. So I go out on the grass and lie on my back with my eyes closed. I focus intently "I can feel the warm sunlight on my skin. It is daytime" When I get up it's about 11:00AM 8)
So I decide to explore the buildings a bit. Not good. I think there was some shops and a candy stall :( I got real distracted and forgot I was lucid.
Stupid subconscious and your virtual confectionary :( Kinda half realised later on but never had the will to do anything about it.
Prob full up to the eyes with candy :oops:
Anyway, at least I have an experience to build on :)
Now I know I can do this.

Congrats, that kinda sounds about how my first lucid dream went... not the content, but I kind of faded off and forgot I was lucid too.
