I don’t know exactly when I became lucid but I remember plugging my nose and being able to breath through it. I tried to do various things like put my hand through my arm and change the dreamscape, but no success.
I need to work on my recall.... I can’t remember it entirely and it felt and looked as if my eyes were half closed.
But it’s a start!
yea, my recall sucks anal passage as well
iv started a dj but that hasnt helped much
but, there is a wasy so that i can practically gauruntee that il remember my drem(s)
take 50 mg of zinc at aroudn noon
i started building up a resistency, so i stopped for a while
its also prolly jsut placebo, but you may wanna check it out
congrats man :D yeah recall can be a pain :( but please dont give up on you dream jornal. It may seem pointless at first but it gets better i promise. i aint a natural dream recaller either. maybe 1 dream a month if i stopped my dream jornal. but right now its at about one dream a night. :)lol thats what happened in my ld last night. one of my eyes wouldnt open.Quote:
