Well i'm here to say i've WILD'ed for my 4th time last night. This would be my second night in a row doing so. Well i've noticed something :

Whenever i WILD this happens -

I relax to the point where my body feels like lead, and i nearly slip into Sleep Paralysis consistently. (i dont ever actaually make it in for some reason)

Then i get bored of trying (usually takes an hour or so) and i roll over onto my side where i normally sleep, and i go to bed. I dream and in that dream, i'm not actually lucid, what happens is that the moment i begin remembering my dream is where i snap into Sleep Paralysis WHILE i'm in my dream. It doesnt matter what i'm doing either, i can be running a marathon,or whatever and i'll suddenly be in sleep paralysis. Then i'll do one of two things -

I'll either go with the flow in my dream and try and WILD from there (almost always results in a Lucid Dream lasting for around 10 minutes or so,and i can barely remember them)

      OR

I'll wake up in real life and do a few RC's to make sure i'm not experiencing a FA. And if my reality tests pass this is the interesting thing - For the next 3 minutes or so i can snap in and out of sleep paralysis at will, almost as if i'm actually dreaming. But when i'm in sleep paralysis i can VERY easily go into a Lucid Dream by imagining myself leaving my body... pretty standard stuff.

I just find it wierd that i'll either have a FA and Lucid Dream in it, or i'll actually wake up and be able to willingly go into sleep paralysis almost as if my mind still thinks me as dreaming! Just wondering if a WILD inside a False Awakening actually counts as a WILD. I think it should.

I think you should write an outline of what you want your dream to be. Convince yourself you'll have that dream. It's a psychological issue, I'm sure. Try this for a couple of nights.

See i know it has to be psychological as well... maybe some deeply imbedded feelings in my subconcious about my room or something? Lol, i will try things like autosuggestion and planning before i go to sleep. Thanks.
