OK, wierd thing
I had to go oui t really early do run an errand, after getting back in i was exhasuted and went to sleep.
I had a false awakening, the first one ive ever had, and proudly recognized it.
did a relity check and soon as I did the check and i realised I was dreaming everything changed,
became blurred and such.
instantly I rememebred BillyBobs thread regarding stablizining.
So I stayed lying diown, looked ariound at the blurryness and willed it to clear up a bit, and it did
very very slighlty
then i sat up and tried to look at my hands, thing was, my left hand was gone, when i looked down at where my left hand was there was no hand, and secondly, movements were very restricted.
the best way i can tihnk to explain it is like i had invisible chains, when i wanted 2 lean forwards I was restriced, fighting agaisnt something keeping me stuck tightly.
there were no visible chains
I udnerstand these chains are of my own subconcious creation
If anyone else has had this problem, feel free to shed sum light on it 4 me
=D

Congrats on the lucid  , With those "chains" it seems like you had a sleep parlysis in your dream. I've never had this happen to me but try to relax and think about moving, maybe that can stop it.

This used to happen to me all the time.
I don't think it's sleep paralysis in a dream to be honest, but rather a lack of experience.
When I first started LDing all my LD's were like that. Everything I could do was completely restricted. If I could fly it would only to a height of a few hundred feet. I remember one dream where I could 'fly' but it wasn't really flying. It was like jumping really high since I couldn't make it last.
It's this type of lack of control that occurs when you either are new to lucid dreaming or just haven't had one in while. I noticed clarity and control greatly improved the more regularily I became lucid.
Now that I haven't had one in so long, my one last night was pretty hard for me to control. Because of this I think it's just experience/how used to being lucid you are at that time. But hey, I'm only guessing based on what happens to me and you could be completely different.
