Hi everyone,
I'm new here and just have a quick question.
I have been trying (on and off) for a couple of months to become lucid, but with no real success yet. But have had lucidity a couple of times for about 3 seconds before waking up or blacking out.
Both times I have noticed that as soon as I notice that I'm not really awake and ask myself if I'm dreaming, I feel my whole body go tingly, and it kind of feels like if goes from my head all the way down.
Is this normal? Does it happen to everyone every time?
I've had a little look around these forums and use the Hemisync Lucid dreaming series to help me but still need a bit more practice maybe. Does anyone have any quick tips that may give me a bit of a push?
Thanks.

Don't get over-excited.
Focus on something, perhaps your hands.
If you loose your visuals, it sometimes helps to shout Lucid!, or maybe lightly spin around..
Try to explore your environment and not simply stand there, waiting for something to happen.
During your waking life, try to think about lucidity, what you would like to do if you have a LD, etc.
Hope that helps!

Thanks for the tips mate. Still haven't become lucid yet though.
Last night I was reading the tutorial on Milding, and went to bed with the HemiSync Lucid Dreaming tape and repeated to myself while falling asleep, "I will wake up after every dream period and I will remember my dream."
Well I woke up at 1:30am and it felt like 5:00am, and again at 3:00 so that actually worked for me first go.
But had trouble remembering dreams until later on in the morning.
