Hmm very strange. Sometimes things won't do what you want in LDs, but if you say you've done it before...

What do you want? It worked.
I am having the same problems as you. Trying to shoot flames out of my hands but i only see my finger tips glowing and a little bit smoke. Or trying to fly and only helplessly floating in the air.
Not easy to do stuff...

I understand you 100%, flying may be the easiest task you can ever do in a lucid dream, but the porcess of mastering it is so freakin hard, but it's like riding a bicycle, once you master it, it becomes natural for you so most people forget how hard it was to learn it.

I'm still trying to master summoning people... objects aren't so bad and people coming around a corner is okay (and good enough for me) but to get a person to appear behind you is my current goal since a lot of places I end up in, and don't mind being there, lack corners, I've never been fond of door summoning (personally) so I'm saving that for later on...

One of the easiest ways to fly when your lucid dream doesn't seem to be cooperating and you are having trouble flying...grow wings! It's worked for me on many occassions.

Cool never done that before, I'll have to try it some when. For me when I fly I just "let go" of everything. I know I'm dreaming and have power so I go for it. I guess you just need to be confident.

In the last lucid dream I had ( Last Night!!! ) i had the same problem. I was shooting people with my hand/gun, pretty much just randomly, and one guy would not die. He started being a real jerk about it and calling me names. No matter how hard I focused on it being my dream he would just not go down. He said he had a

and I was like "WTF???" My solution, I ran up and kicked him, when he fell I shot him. It Worked .


EDIT: And sometimes when flying I need to flap my arms, give it a try!
