I've gotten to where I can WILD fairly easily if I wake up early enough and get into the right state of mind. I relax quickly and slip into a sort of buzzing state, then it's always the same. I feel like I'm leaving my body, I get up and I'm in my dark bedroom. In the past I've been able to leave or float through the wall to the backyard or do something, but lately I've hit some kind of mental block I guess. I'm having a hard time moving at all once I start dreaming. maybe I need to not get up as soon after the buzzing, or visualize somewhere else to dream about? I'm kinda stuck in this generic, hard to move dream in my own bedroom. any ideas?

anyone? I'm bringing this back. It's happened again. It's really frusterating to be in a lucid dream state and then basically it's wasted. I'm thinking of going the RC route exept throughout the day remind myself that when I'm dreaming I can control everything and think about things to try and do to break out of this.

I've tried imagining myself somewhere else. I've tried going through a door to somewhere else. It's just very hard to control my movement at all so it's kind of hindering.

why not try to call out where you want to be?
