Lucid at a low level?
Some days ago, I had e dream where I suddenly realised I was dreaming.
My heart started to beat fast in the dream, but if it did in the real life, I don't know, but I think so.
I wanted to control my own actions in the dream, but I don't remember if I was able to it or not, because I only remember about 20 seconds of the dream.
I think I lost my lucidity after this 20 seconds.
The next night I was going to bed, I expected to have a new "lucid" dream, but it didn't happen again.
Do you think I will get high- lucid dreams soon?
-
Yes, you will! I have confidence in you :sunflower:
-
Yep I believe you can get to any level that you want. Even Super-Lucid dreaming if you really, really want it. Just keep your determination up, and your confidence.
-
My first couple lucid's were very low... I knew I was dreaming but could not really control what I did, I was just aware... then a few nights later, BAM three fully controlled lucid dreams, the next night BAM more lucid dreams... it will come!
-
If you just keep practicing, you're bowned (sp?) to get there! Good luck!
-
I'm sure if you set your mind to LDing you'll do it. If i can do it, then i'm pretty damn sure anyone can.
-
Im right there with you, all 3 of my lucid experiences have been frustratingly low level lucidity. I keep getting told that determination and dream recall (via a dream journal) are the way to increase effectiveness, so best of luck to both of us!

Truely believe it and you can dream it. Your own mind is your only obstacle.
I think it was ShawdowNightWing who said to yell HIGH LEVEL LUCIDITY!!
next time you find yourself Lucid

Heh you can do it, just don't get lazy and forget to write in your dream journal! :-P
