I remember all of my Lucid dreams, in fairly good detail. But not in enough detail to account for how amazed I was by the detail in the dream. For example, in my first lucid dream, I spent about five minutes gaping and looking around in pure awe. The memory is the most vivid lucid memory I have, but It's still not enough to count for my amazment. I was just wondering if anyone had found a way to capture the moment, to keep your memory of it just as realistic as it was when it happened.
I had a strange dream last night...

Well, I've never had lucids...but I have had some pretty awesome non-lucids. Sometimes I'll wake up remembering that the dream was awesome but not really remembering any detail at all. If I sit though and think about any detail an I mean it can be as simple as one color, that usually brings it back. I call it "backwards thinking" I try to remember anything a shred of emotion, or an image and then I think "and before that I was..." sometimes for me if I can just remember a piece the whole thing will come flooding back into my brain. Maybe if you try that it will help you to remember?

oh, yes, and a detailed DJ is really good, because as time goes on the memory might fade, if you keep a detailed journal though you can always go back and relive your adventures.

I get goosebumps as I read your post.
I know the experience. Unexplainable really. I am awake in my sleeping mind, in awe

that happened to me, i had an awsome lucid, but when i woke up, it was kinda fuzzy like the rest of my dreams. Maybe you could hold a camera as you dream, to stimulate the clarity?
