      Talking

Now I know most of you don't know me, except for ExoByte, but I mostly read rather than post, but yeah.

I've been trying to LD for the last 3-ish months, using the WILD method. I've tried a bunch of techniques, and while most haven't worked, I've developed my own (though it's quite simple).

As for my progress, I'm doing pretty well. I've almost gotten FULL SP, which includes tingly-ness, led limbs, HI and HS, and I've been trying to actually get full SP, but every time I get the tingly-ness or led limbs, etc, I end up swallowing spit, or rolling over, etc. I'm wondering if you guys have any advice.

P.S - Is it Led, or Lead? (The metal)

      Thanks.

Basically, my REALLY simple method, which shouldn't even be called a method, is that I find a comfortable position, and just sit there. I don't move at all, and sort of "wait", but I thinking and visualize things. Soon after, my limbs get heavy, and if I can stay away, the tingly-ness comes in. That's as far as I get because, as I said before, I end up swallowing my spit due to it accumulating, or I roll over because I get uncomfortable.
