Ohh maan.
Just had my most vivid lucid dream ever (that I can remember). I will skip the dream report. I want to ask one question.
My goal has been that if I attain lucidity I want to talk with my higher-self, spiritguides or whatever you want to call it.
Once I attained lucidity I started checking how my hands looked if it was true what everyone said about checking your hands. And indeed my fingers looked messed up, some were really short, about 1cm and others seemed okay so I knew I was dreaming.
I remember my goal and started to yell that I want to talk to my spirit guides, and everyone looked at me weird. I kept yelling, I went out of the room I was in and kept repeating it until a guy came, he was very calm and nodded to me when I looked at him, I followed him but he turned into a girl and brought me to another girl (sex and women are constantly tempting me in my dreams :roll:).
I pushed the woman away after awhile and thought that I wanted to see my spirit guides, I then met a girlfriend from way back and I almost started...but I pushed her away too and held my goal in mind but nothing happened. After awhile I started losing lucidity and woke up.
Does anyone have any tips on how I can make this easier the next time?

I just read about a Dreamguide, I guess this is another name for Spirit guides/Higher-self and all that stuff. Since the dreamguide seems to know more about you than you do, correcto?

Build a fire, then do the dream guide dance around it :)
