      So tonight i had my first lucid. Not too long..
      I woke up in my room, and i noticed that my room were decorated in a "stuntman"Kind of way.. You know.. like white with lots of blue and red stars. I thought:"Damn.. Wht happened to my room? I must be dreaming! Man, this is so cool."
      Then i woke up. Think i got too exited..
      But atleast it proved that it works

      Congrats on the LD dude,
      I actually had a stunning first Ld. The first thing I remember was concentrating on my breathing and it seemed to steady me, And I think it lasted longer than the rest of my Lds :S

      Just tell yourself to be calm etc. there are a load of techniques out there for prolonging lucid dreams. Just look them up.
