You know that disappointed feeling you get when wake from a good dream?
I had the same thing happen when I realized i was in a dream because i found this crown that gave me godlike powers
when i realized it was only a dream I was very disappointed.
but I had so much fun in that dream i slept till noon!

I've, as far as I can remember, never been sad when I've realized I was lucid, mainly because instead of thinking that it's not real life I've always thought, "I can do anything I want without worry." maybe that's your issue, because even if it wasn't real life, it still feels that way, right? So seize the moment and just continue enjoying it like it is and that feeling might go away after a while.
oh yeah i got alot of those, both sides(something really bad happened in the dream and i was relived it was just a dream), but the disappointment\relief came from waking up - not becoming lucid during the dream.
At first I was like "aw man I really wish this was real"
then I was happy that I was having really vivid lucid dream.
But of course someone has wake me up :shakehead2:
