Last night I dreamed that I was in my room. I looked at my bed and thought: 'hey , I feel pretty tired , why not try a WILD'. (obviously I didn't know I was already dreaming). So I lied down on my bed, and closed my eyes and started 'WILDing'. about 2 , 3 seconds later I was in a DOUBLE-DREAM.
I dreamed (DOUBLE-Dreamed) of myself , watching a TV. and I thought to myself: wow , that WILD worked pretty quickly. So I did an RC (text RC , with the texts on the TV screen) and I realised I was dreaming. Then I opened my eyes (for some reason) and I was back in my dream again (which I thought was reality). I got out of bed and carried on with my dream normally.
Then I actually woke up , and thought to myself : wow , I just had a LUCID DREAM while already Dreaming!!!
Thought it was pretty cool, so I thought I'd share it in here! :)
CONCLUSION: Lucid Dream induction techniques work really well in a dream. So if you can't have lucid dreams easily, you should try the techniques while you're already in a dream!!!
wait ...
nevermind! :bigteeth:

Wait, do you mean that when you had the WILD while dreaming that you had an ACTUAL lucid dream, with your conscious control? Or was it a sort-of-fake lucid dream, still impaired by dream logic and not really under conscious control.
I've heard of dreams within dreams, I had a lucid dream within a dream, never really became conscious though which is annoying. Like, I have a dream where I dreamed I had a dream, in this dream-in-a-dream I was lucid yet I actually wasn't, was not conscious at all and it was basically a regular dream with lucid dream activities involved.

My first LD ever actually started that way.
I had previously been awake and knew it was sometime in the morning -- the sun was already up, it was light, etc.
After going back to sleep, I found myself in bed. But it was suddenly dark out, so obviously it was a dream. Not realizing this, I said to myself, "Hey, I'm feeling really relaxed, I bet I could easily slip into an LD right now!"
I started doing the FILD/fingerwigglingthing, and after what seemed like 30 seconds, I felt this falling and tingling sensation, then I RC'd and went lucid.
So yes, it's possible.

Most of my lucids are dream induced.
I've been having them for over fifteen years (maybe more, I'm too old to think about it)...never actually tried to have a lucid dream. They just come, you know.
My goal is to WILD. I've just recenlty run across all this terminology of dreams that I never knew exsisted. I'm old, I guess, lol.
