Oooooh! Another One!

Well, I was in the hospital from Scrubs, the dream showed things happening like duties and soforth. Then for some reason it was necessary to cross into a dreamworld which was full of towers and had a golden tint, like a Music Video I like (The March Of Mephisto by Kamelot). I (for the third time) noticed irrationalities by having to come here for hospital duties. I became Lucid, at first the dream was blurry and in third person, a spin and a moment of concentration brought it into HD. I returned to the hospital and began showing people that I could shove my finger through my hand and exploring. Suddenly a DC was trying to kill me and I attempted to summon a gun to teach him a lesson. I couldn't, I closed my eyes and willed it into my hand, I tried pulling it out of my coat. Nothing worked, a little frustrating... Then I woke up, happy, because if you'll check my other posts you'll see I recently had a vivid one in which I noticed things which were irrational. I think I notice these things because I only RC when things remind me of a dream (EG: The sky is pink in the morning, fog distorts something, something weird is said, I am reminded of my dreams).
