I almost entered a WILD for the first time!!!
I am a really new lucid dreamer, and when I heard about the WILD method I was so excited to try it that I couldn't wait 'till I became more experienced. So, last night I went to bed at 10 (I didn't even sleep 5-6 hours before like the tutorial said) and immediately decided to try it. So I closed my eyes and focused on my breathing, and kept repeating thoughts like, "Focus on your breathing," "keep your thoughts under control," "relax and take deep breaths,"...etc. for a while, then I felt myself beging to get dizzy. I kept repeating the thougts and the dizzy feeling went away for a while, then came back. It felt like I was spinning out of my body, so I kept relaxing, thinking I was almost there. First my body became paralyzed, and then I started feeling the vibrations. But even though I knew what they were, I had never felt them before so it was sort of freaky and I made myself open my eyes. I could kick myself now, but I will try it again tonight.
